Imagine 100 years ago what the world looked like. Now we can construct a better heritage by supporting those in need. We are compelled to create a place for enduring access to health and wellness services beyond quarterly health fairs and clinics.

Our goal is to raise $200,000 to initiate the creation of our wellness center. Initially, this space will help people seeking to address mental health from a place of empathy, kindness, and grace. By examining their stories as well as identifying the needs and opportunities that exist for them. As depression, anxiety and loneliness continue to rise, availability among culturally sensitive mental health providers is at a premium. We have an opportunity to meet the challenge and provide quality care. Together we can contribute to reducing the stigma, raising awareness, and extending care to those in need and create a better future.

What is the date and time of the event?

Where is the event located?

Is there transportation provided to and from the event?

  • No
  • If you need assistance getting to the venue, contact the church at 714-741-0590 and arrangements can be made


What is the attire?

  • Formal, Black Tie
  • Either Anniversary colors (Navy Blue, White and Gold) or Black
  • If you do not the above, formal is not required.
  • Your presence is most important!


How much are ads?

  • 1⁄4 page - $250 1⁄2 page - $500 Full page $1000


What is needed to place an ad?

  • Payment and camera-ready artwork submitted by January 23, 2024
  • Ads received after January 23 will be shared virtually. Not in the printed book


How is the seating handled for individually purchased tickets?

  • Seats will be assigned based on available spacing


How will my guests at my table know where to sit?

  • Table will have markers of the purchaser and there will be a master list at the check-in table, and tickets can be picked-up at will-call


Will tickets be sold at the door on the day of the event?

  • Yes
  • Menu selection is guaranteed for tickets purchased by 1/21/2024
  • The caterer is requiring our headcount as of 1/22/24
  • We will attempt to estimate additional headcount in our quote but may not order enough poultry plates because it is an estimate


Where can I buy tickets and how can I avoid paying a service fee?


Are VIP tables still available?

  • Yes


If I buy a table, how does that work for me and my guests?

  • You can buy 10 tickets an distribute to your guests
  • Complete the ticket stubs with the names of the table attendees, contact info and menu preference: Poultry or Vegetarian
  • Share the key name for the person or organization purchasing the table with SBC and guests
  • When guests arrive, check in at the registration desk and indicate the name of the person or organization that has the table
  • Registration will share the number of the table at check in
  • A host/ess will escort guests to assigned table
